ASHLEY POWELL (MamLuft&Co. Dance)
Ashley Powell (Company Member) hails from Fort Wayne, Indiana and is now a Dayton resident. Powell is a graduate of Wittenberg University with degrees in both dance and political science. She has studied with David Dorfman, Lisa Race, and Jennifer Nugent at the American Dance Festival, as well as the Susan Marshall Company, Tricia Gelmini, and most recently with Sharon Leahy as a former member of Rhythm in Shoes. Ashley also serves as the dance writer for the Dayton City Paper and is pursing a parallel career in Interior Design.
